I’m Andy Cross, a type 1 Diabetic who is passionate about sustainable fitness. I have been into fitness all of my life and I have been running my own successful private fitness studio in Milton Keynes since 2013. In this time I have grown a large following and successful client base and continued to improve myself in order to help improve my clients.
My personal achievements include, competing for England in Karate, Competitive Road Cycling and World Record holder Team Cycle Relay for JOGLE!
My clients have also had great success whilst following my fitness strategies.
